These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk809 ("pk809", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk809.ws ("Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Platform including account registration, deposit and withdrawal of funds, participation in casino games and sports betting, acceptance of bonuses and promotions, and use of customer support services.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pk809 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. pk809 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Accuracy. All information provided during registration and at any subsequent time must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Player Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. pk809 will treat all bets, deposits, and instructions made through your account as having been made by you personally unless you have previously notified pk809 of unauthorised access in accordance with clause 3.2.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk809 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no hidden currency conversion charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

8.1 Ownership. All content on the pk809 Platform — including but not limited to the pk809 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary material — is the property of pk809 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk809 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. 9.1 Data Collection. pk809 collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform, including for account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support purposes.

9.2 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by pk809 is governed by the pk809 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your pk809 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

11.2 Closure or Suspension by pk809. pk809 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and events outside pk809's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. pk809 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

12.2 Gaming Losses. Gaming involves financial risk. pk809 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of participation in casino games, sports betting, or any other gaming activity on the Platform. You play at your own risk.

12.3 Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk809 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action.

12.4 Maximum Liability. Where pk809's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, pk809's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to pk809 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
